UPDATE PAGE

This is the Update Pages List. Note, your username will appear as the Current User at the bottom left of this page. Choose which page you like to edit. If you click on the page name, you will be taken to the actual webpage. Choose the action "update" to edit the page. Depending on your user level, you will have different actions available to you. If you are not a Super User, you will not have the option to edit html, remove or admin a page.

As a Cultural Partner, you are provided with four webpages. They are listed as homepage, page 1, page 2, and page 3. Be sure to update each page. Pages are displayed in pages with only so many listings shown on each page. You can see the total number of pages in the upper right hand corner or the screen displayed as "Found 5 of 5". The first number tells you how many listings matched your search, the second number is the total number of listings. The current page and total page numbers are displayed right below. If you have more than one page of listings you can change pages by clicking on the arrow links to move back or ahead one page.

If you want to quickly find a specific page you can enter a search keyword in the keyword field and click "Search". Only listings that match that keyword will be displayed. If at any time you want to see the all listings just click "List All" and every listing will be displayed.

Update Pages

This is the Update Page page.

If the page you are editing has an image option, you can exchange the existing image. For this example, select the add button under the logo header. Click on browse to find an image on your computer or specify the URL. Select the image. It must be either .jpg or .gif image and should not exceed the size of 200 x 200 pixels. Click the Add button. If the size exceeds the specifications, you will receive an error message. You will receive a "File Added" message when the image is successfully added.

WYSIWYG text box

With the WYSIWYG text box enabled you can format text without using HTML tags. Your options now include bold, italic, underline, align left/center/right, numbered lists, bulleted lists, indent right/left, text color, text highlight color, insert horizontal rule, add link, add image link, and view html source.

Please note that a WYSIWYG text box will only function in HTML mode on Windows, and only for Internet Explorer version 5.5+. All other browsers will use a regular text box to enter and edit information.
As you enter text, pressing <enter> starts a new paragraph, which leaves a blank line. For single line breaks, press <shift> + <enter>. To enter HTML directly into the WYSIWYG text box, select the HTML button "<>", paste the HTML and select the HTML button again to view the results.

To update your page change the information in the form fields and click "Save". Be sure to select which images you want displayed before Saving. Webpages aren't updated until you click "Save" and you can always click "Cancel" to return to the previous screen without saving.

Once you have saved your page, you will view a page stating "The Following Page Has Been Updated." You can either "Click to view the page" to view the page in your browser. Or click the OK button and you can continue updating pages.

When you are done editing pages, click "Logoff" or simply close your browser.
